Terms for cleaning services.
These terms explain how A Little Dusting agrees and provides cleaning services.
Who provides the service
A Little Dusting is a trading name of Annie (sole trader). Contact info@alittledusting.com about the service or these terms.
Your home visit and quote
New clients start with a home visit. I visit to discuss your home, the work you want and the time needed.
Your quote confirms the agreed cleaning service, visit length and price. You decide whether to accept it before booking.
Your cleaning plan
Regular visits include your agreed core cleaning and a rotation of less frequent tasks.
If you ask for a job that is in your rotation, it can take the place of a planned rotation job, or move it. Any extra work is charged as extra time, and I agree it with you before I start.
Extra work
I agree any extra work, time and price with you before the work starts.
Cancelling or rearranging a visit
Please give me at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange a visit. With less notice, I may charge for the visit in full.
Visit reports
After each visit, you receive a digital report. It records the completed work and any recommendations for future work.
